Not everyone lives and breathes this stuff 24 hours a day, and it’s important to remember everyone is au fait with terms like RSS and technologies like Twitter. So, alongside the occassional jargon-killing bout of Bullsh*t Bingo (as Managing Partner Paul Harrison tries to demonstrate in Chicago) , we thought an as-we-remember-to-update it guide to, well, stuff, might help.  Many of the excellent tutorials / overviews here come from Goolge and the genius team of Common Craft .
